Properties panel value edits not synced between units

Description

When editing the value field of one unit of a multi-unit part, all the other units are usually modified too. If you do it through the properties panel, this doesn't happen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a value field on a multi-unit part.
2. Edit it in the properties panel.
