7.99 cursor position is memorized in wbk file, but not used in next call to simulator.

Description

With the attached project, the cursor position may be set in the simulator window, a save to the *.wbk file will store this position. However, when calling the project or the simulator again, the stored value is not used, but a position close to the left window border selected.

Steps to reproduce

Run the simulation in the project, store the workbook file, re-run the simulation.
