Schematic: Repeated Items bug when moving, duplicating or copy-pasting an item

Description

When using the repeated items feature (insert key) on an item I just duplicated, moved or copy pasted I expect it to place a copy of the same item 2.54mm below the location I placed the item, as per my settings. Instead it drops the item at the location the item was copied from.

Steps to reproduce

1. click on an item
2. duplicate move or copy the item to a new location.
3. press insert on the keyboard
