Footprint Library Browser window layout not remembered on 4k display

When I open the footprint selector it looks like this:

The list on the left is too narrow, and I usually end up expanding it so I can read the category names properly. If I manually expand it, the next time I open this window it has reset to default. My settings are remembered in the Footprint Assignment Tool, and some other places.

Windows 10. 4k screen with 175% scaling. Single monitor.
