Eagle Importer produces spurious thermal spoke angle overrides.

Description

Current behavior : When importing Eagle PCBs, all pads ares set to have a thermal spoke angle override of 45 degrees. This disconnects many pads which no longer have a permissible escape route to copper zones.

Expected behavior : Imported pads should not have an angle override.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Import any Eagle project (example in screenshots is https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit-Metro-M4-Express-PCB )
