Crash / Segmentation Fault upon deleting measurement in a footprint in the PCB Editor.

Description

I can crash KiCad reliably by attempting to remove a measurement from a footprint. in the PCB Editor. I did this at least 5 times to verify, and repeated it in this dummy project.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open attached Project.
2. Open PCB Editor.
3. Press "a" and add the HX711_Module footprint to the PCB.
4. Select the measurement (either 17 or 29mm).
5. Press [Del] to delete it.
