Bug: "kicad-cli pcb export pdf" exports text box with border although deactivated

See screenshots below. I added the command used to the steps. Did not check if this is dependent onf black-and-white or specific layers...

Steps to reproduce

1. Create text box on Eco1.User
2. Disable border
3. Use kicad-cli-nightly pcb export pdf --output [output] --layers "User.Eco1" --include-border-title --black-and-white --exclude-value [input]
