Assertion failures when moving labels

Description

I'm getting this assertion message frequently when picking up and moving labels. It doesn't happen every time, seems to be a state it gets into randomly and then continues until the file is saved?

It seems to be harmless, if I ignore it everything works, other than having to click through every time I grab a label
