Plugin and Content Manager hangs on applying package changes.

Description

Current behavior : Applying Package Changes window floats underneath the P&CM window and becomes unresponsive after install steps are completed. Expected Behavior : Applying Package Changes window permits action and closes with "close" button once package install is complete.

If a screen recording is useful, LMK, I can reproduce the issue at will.

Steps to reproduce

From a clean install

  1. Launch Package and Content Manager
  2. Select seemingly any Plugin, Content or Theme (it has done it on anything I've tried)
  3. Click Install
  4. Click "Apply Pending Changes" The "Applying Package Changes" window appears underneath the Content Manager window and cannot be foregrounded. Install steps proceed to "Done" but when dragged out from underneath the Content Manager Window, the Close button is not responsive. The install is still in the "Pending" cue at this point, the Close button in the Content Manager window is disabled. The "Applying Package Changes" window can be dragged, but is otherwise unresponsive to all inputs, and remains buried under any other active KiCad windows and will not foreground.Progress bar is still super-imposed on app icon at 100% position.
  5. Force the content manager window to close using red button in corner. "Are you sure you want to close the package manager and discard pending changes?" warning appears.
  6. Click Yes.
  7. Content Manager window closes, but "Applying Package Changes" window persists. Entire app becomes unresponsive. Cursor is beachball within any window bounding box.
  8. Right click on app icon in Dock. MacOS reports "Application Not Responding" and only a Force Quit will terminate it.
