kicad-cli -v prints an error

Description

Running kicad-cli -v or kicad-cli --version prints:

09:03:12 PM: Error: Unhandled exception class: St11logic_error  what: Nothing parsed, no arguments are available.

kicad-cli version works, although --format plain and --format commit could use a trailing newline.
