3DConnexion support causes KiCad to hang when opening PCB 3D view
Description
Opening the 3D view while a 3D mouse is attached causes KiCad to hang irreversibly. Opening the 3D view without a connected 3DConnexion device works fine.
Steps to reproduce
- open PCB editor
- pan and zoom around to verify 3d mouse support is working
- optional: open and close the 3DConnexion settings panel to verify its functionality
- open 3D view
- try to do anything, including switching back to the PCB editor window: nothing works, everything hangs.
- press the panel button on the 3d mouse: settings panel opens, but shows the "waiting" spinner forever with the dialog blocked (not even closing works)
- kill pcbnew.exe
- reopen PCB editor
- try to pan and zoom: 3d mouse doesn't work anymore (except for the default scroll action)
