Upgrading an installed plugin in Content Manager is klunky
Description
If a plugin is installed and then upgraded in the repository there isn't an easy way to upgrade. For example, see this screenshot showing the plugin "Archive 3D Models" being two stable versions behind.
Steps to reproduce
I asked about this on the forums in this thread and @craftyjon seems to think it is a bug because the "Install" button is ghosted when a non-installed version is highlighted.
I was able to upgrade by uninstalling and then reinstalling. But because the plugin list refreshes after applying changes, reinstalling a single plugin requires searching through the list to find the recently uninstalled plugin. This is mildly annoying with the current list of 13 plugins in the official repository. But as more plugins are added to the repository, this annoyance will only get worse.
