Autoplace fields should work every time when mouse is over symbol's bbox

Description

Apply "Autoplace fields" when mouse is over symbol any time. Symbol fields should be ignored (seen through towards symbols). It is hard to use autoplace when field is over symbol (during initial placement, for instance. Hotkey "O" is assigned as "Autoplace fields" here:

1. Hit "Autoplace fields" hotkey over a symbol, having big field text over it
