eeschema: standard hotkey force H/V-mode

Description

proposal just for consistency: set the hotkey for H/V-restricted mode in eeschema to same hotkey as in board-editor (Shift+Space)

reasoning:

  • board and schematic-editor both have a H/V-restricted mode
  • both have a hotkey which toggles between H/V restricted on/off
  • but only in the board-editor this hotkey is set to a standard hotkey-combination (Shift+space)
  • in eeschema the hot key for H/V-restricted mode is not set
  • as (Shift+space) is unused in eeschema I can't see a reason against setting Shift+Space as H/V-hotkey also in eeschema
  • this action helps new users (enhance getting-started-experience), I think senior users already have there own setting

this affects v6.0.x and v6.99

Steps to reproduce

  1. get a fresh installation of kicad, without imported old settings
  2. open any project , open board+schematic
  3. open preferences->hotkey
  4. look at board-editor->H/V-mode: set to Shift+Space
  5. look at eeschema-editor->H/V-mode: set to nothing
