"Get and Move Footprint" needs a "TAB" before the cursor is in the dialog box.

Description

When pressing the "t" shortcut to access the "Get and Move Footprint" operation, the dialog box opens with the cursor not in the input box, requiring an extra "TAB" press in order to start typing the reference.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the "Get and Move Footprint" feature by pressing "t".
2. Start typing. It does not work. One needs to press "TAB" before one can start typing.
