Remove "templates/" prefix from asset paths

Nick Young requested to merge neonninja/codelab-theme-mkdocs-material:neonninja-main-patch-57551 into main

This commit (https://github.com/squidfunk/mkdocs-material/commit/56b96b4d799174d48d36613d70ffac9b964171cc) restructures mkdocs-material so that assets are now within material/templates/assets/. This was causing 404s in the generated HTML.

Only versions of mkdocs-material >= 9.4.0 are affected
