qcom: DSP firmware updates for Radxa Dragon Q6A

strongtz/linux-firmware:dragon-q6a-fw-upd into main

SensorPD is unused on this platform and disabled in ADSP firmware. Remove the json file for it. Also update the ADSP firmware and add the CDSP firmware.
