amd_pmf: Update AMD PMF TA Firmware
This update for PMF TA FW now supports listening to multiple input sources, enables custom BIOS inputs and sensor input capabilities, enhances fan IDs, integrates support for latest ASICs, and resolves issues on the TEE side.
