Revert "rtw89: 8852c: update fw to v0.27.125.0"

Since new format is supported by kernel v6.13 and later, older driver can't load this firmware correct. Revert this and re-add this with rtw8852c_fw-2.bin by latter commit.

rtw8852c_fw-1.bin will be kept to v0.27.122.0.
