Draft: qcom: Add firmware for Acer Swift SFA14-11

@lumag I couldn't find anyone at Acer who works upstream, so I'm hoping you can reach Acer for these as well.

This adds the ADSP, CDSP, GPU zap shader and video firmware for the X1E78100 Acer Swift SFA14-11, sold as the Swift Go Pro AI. Kaipeng Zeng's v6 device tree loads all of them from qcom/x1e80100/ACER/SFA14-11/, and Jianfeng Liu's v4 uses the same folder for the DSP and video firmware. The files are unmodified copies from Acer's Other Drivers 2.0 package for the SFA14-11 (Others_Acer_2.0_W11x64_A.zip, 2025-12-05), the newer of the two packages Acer publishes for it.

The GPU zap shader is byte-identical to the one in Medion's package in !1338 (closed).

They are listed under LICENSE.qcom like the Lenovo files, which Acer would need to confirm. This needs Acer's acknowledgement, so it stays a draft until then.
