Firmware for the DW8051 microcontroller embedded in the RTL8367S ethernet switch, required by the rtl8365mb DSA driver to initialize the switch SerDes for SGMII and HSGMII operation.

Extracted from the GPL-licensed Realtek rtl8367c vendor driver as distributed in the Mercusys MR80X v2 GPL source code release, where it is embedded in the driver as data statements.
