Smart insert

Added a new feature in the option settings that can be toggled on or off. Its called smart insert, it serves as a load balancer that allows everyone to enjoy their own songs without monopoly or the need for the honor system. It prioritizes anyone who hasn't had a song in a while, and tries to make everyone have their own turn. It is however based on nicknames/pseudo.
