Now use pc for enabling the libbsd-overlay and ncurses. This removes the
janky godawful way i was doing it before by using uname|grep to detect
GNU.

Removed #ifdef OpenBSD to define out pledge/unveil. Will move this check
to configure script in time and pass -Dpledge(x,y)=0 or somthing.
