This adds the driver for the dwav usb multitouch touch screen, commonly known as the ODROID-VU5 or ODROID-VU7(+) so we can use it on the armhf and arm64 images.
As far as I know, the driver has not been submitted upstream, but I've tested the build locally, and it works great for our needs.
