French layout support for cmd-hid and powersploit attacks

I've tried to had the French keyboard layout to nethunter. It works ok for me, but I'm not a hardcore coder like you are... Sorry for embedding two "big" htdocs.tar.gz in the commits, but if it were extracted in the repository, I would have propose individual patches.

Note : This is my first use of github and git management, so I hope I didn't break "state of art" rules. Feel free to give my feedback on this point.
