For Android Oreo and newer: We can no longer install user apps through TWRP so we copy them across and install them during the initial setup of nethunter

Closes issue #207 (closed)

Note: This PR is a logical addition to PR !218 (merged). Please approve both first, then merge this into updateapp, merge !218 (merged) into 2019.2-dev, lastly merge 2019.2-dev into 2019.2, merge 2019.2 into master and release app as latest version.
