Big list of bug fixes and etc
- Replaced all old AlertDialogs with new material one
- Chroot layout changes
- Removed the ------ in chroot manager textview/logview
- Overall alertdialog fixups ( specified correct style flags )
- nmap now executes as needed ( crash fix with button )
- Fixed up USB Arsenal tethering execution
