Bare metal update issue fix

I happen to use Kali on my laptop a lot. Most of the time after full-upgrade the NVIDIA drivers which to be build and signed for the updated kernel will be loading on next setup won't happen and also the system-load module fails to boot the system. I have made a troubleshooting section for this part so as far as I check there was no problem with kernel on Debian and mostly Kali users suffer this.

I also updated the updating section for Kali to use a safer approach for updating because full-upgrade forceable delete old stuff and may even remove kernel in some cases. The safer approach is to use dist-upgrade, which is much safer.

With these two changes, the Kali is much, much safer to use as bare metal and users can install and take advantage of hardware
