Various Improvements and Overhauls

Hi,

I've taken the liberty to improve a considerable amount of the Bash, Python, and YAML scripts as you can see from the git logs.

I refrained from modifying a majority of the folders & files @steev mentioned on Kali Linux & Friends Discord. However, some inconsistencies (such as using 2 spaces for indentation, instead of 4), made me modify the files regardless.

Please let me know if the proposed changes are suitable for you.
