radxa-zero: Add support for radxa zero emmc and sdcard

This adds the firmware from their default images.

Based on my understanding of the hardware, this would only support the 2GB or higher images, as they use an ap6212 on the 512MB and 1GB, and this firmware is only for the ap6256.

Also includes the bluetooth firmware; though bluetooth doesn't quite work yet, likely due to my kernel config.
