Add API endpoints for custom domains

Hi!

In this PR you can find the new API endpoints available to add custom domains to a namespace. Also i refactorized legacy endpoints (console.beta... to api.k8spin.cloud).

Also I have fixed the preview pipeline. You can see the resulting documentation site here: https://review-feature-cu-1eidb7.admin.apps.k8spin.cloud
