💬 roles: Retire apps/slack role, move to Flatpak app

JWF requested to merge change/slack-to-flatpak into main

Slack officially announced end-of-support for their RPMs for Fedora Linux in March 2022. So, this commit retires the Slack role from the roles/apps/ directory and adds the Flatpak to the list of default Flatpak apps in the system/fedora-workstation role.
