Allow hiding dialogues in editor

Festerdam requested to merge Festerdam/hourglass:dialogue-hiding into master

Currently when ones opens the Hourglass™ project in the Godot editor, one is immediately confronted by a really cluttered 2d viewport. These changes will allow Hourglass™ contributors to easily assess the effect their changes have on the æsthetics of the project manager, without having to run it. Before: image After: image
