Fallback to colorless mode when there is no tput, fixed bashism in alpine-macos and aligned comments
tput comes with the ncurses package, which is not always installed in some machines (specially remote servers), so now it avoids errors and falls back to colorless output when it is not installed. Also removed bashism &>/dev/null in the macOS script and aligned a few comments to make them look similar in all scripts.
