Update spells.yaml Proof read spells up to line 428

Hello I am a Turkish game translator and was looking for a database to use for my fan translation. I know a little bit programming but never used git before. Sorry if I made any mistakes using git.

To try how fast it goes Ive read some spells from the start. Changed some thing. You should check the additions of new lines in the spell Soothing Ballad because I did not understand some of the "" you put around some texts. Hope i did everything right and I will work on the proof reading more in the upcoming days if you are cool with it.
