Added an 'Open in Canvas' button to the course page

I added an 'Open in Canvas' button on the course page. Sorry about the formatting changes. I turned off all the formatting I could but it looks like my IDE automatically adds a space before comments. This one should be easier to see what was changed so I hope it's okay. This is my first time contributing to an open-source project that isn't my own so sorry about those few things.

Note: My changes start around line 1000.
