Update: Discord.io to Discord.js

Changed: All compatibility features for the new library.

Added: Guidelines and snippets of code for potential use in future.

Added: Proper debugging to the console using Winstom Logging.

Added: An actual structure.

TODO: Fix snippets. Clean structure. Remove debug logging.

NOTE: the IRC client is failing to login. This is an issue with the server.

NOTE: i'm not actually sure about that last bit, but here you go.
