Before this commit, it could be complicated to reorder items when the
list was big. This commit allow to provide the item position with a
simple range input.

Item deletion with the delete modal was removing the category list

Use a range input widget

This commit introduces select component and use it to update items.

Modal dialog has overridable footers
Update/create dialog have forms

It will allow to use a setting to display hidden items to restore them.
