Add 'jump-to-definition' support to Chibi

This merge request adds preliminary support for 'jump to source' in the geiser-chibi bridge.

So far the support is quite limited, although still useful.

It supports jumping to module files or to exported identifiers by pressing M-. (this is a dot)
