Syndicate reads to Twitter automagically

I'd originally planned to have this done manually, when posting the read, but as IndieBookClub doesn't support setting any syndication, this has to be done automagically via a decorator.

We can add a simple decorator that takes reads and adds the syndication for Twitter via Bridgy.
