Add redirect from JT.co.uk to this site

Jamie Tanna requested to merge feature/netlify-redirects into fork

As part of jvt.me#756, it'd be very useful to be able to serve JT.co.uk from Netlify, but redirect it correctly, rather than it have JT.co.uk serving the traffic itself (which harms SEO).

This is OK for now being hardcoded, but should ideally be stripped out so others could look to use this theme.
