OpenAL is required by CHAI3D's audio/ src code. So, right now
focusing on OpenAL there are 688 build errors when I try
to build on QNX. I am going to make some updates to it to
try to lower the errors to get libopenal.a lib.

I have made updates to CHAI3D's base folder Makefiles
and OpenAL's Makefiles. So now adding git version control.
