Extend intel_ucode_getmetadata() to return the extended signature count of
the microcode in the metadata structure.

Also, remove the unused loader_version field, we aren't likely to need
that information anytime soon.  Keep the size field for now, as that's
the only way to know the size of a microcode from its opaque pointer.
