Resolve "add the possibility to statically specify the date of the rxpk"

Imad Wakidi requested to merge imadwakidi/lorhammer:22-add-possibility-to-set-static-date into master

The date has been added to the gateway structure. This certainely could have been done at the scenario level but it would have required the scenario parameters to be passed until the message generator level.

Since we might have later needs of passing specific attributes to the rxpk message, having them on the gateway is more appropriate i think.
