Changes include adding some broker capabilities into the adapter. This has the adapter working with the configuration manager application as far as listing the devices(vpcs), getting particulars about the device(vpc) including the status and getting the configuration of the device(vpc)

There are also many entity changes (none breaking back end) in this.
