fix(backupninja): improve reliability

Key Features Implemented

 ✅ Complete flexibility: Any combination of local/remote for web and storage
 ✅ Independent control: Each service (web/storage) configurable separately✅ Logical grouping: storage_pools controlled by groups setting
 ✅ Consistent internal structure: All modes use /opt/isard/web and /opt/isard/storage
 ✅ Security improvement: No privileged containers needed
 ✅ Backward compatibility: Empty variables preserve current local behavior
 ✅ Smart mounting: Same IP = single mount, different IPs = dual mounts
