Haproxy logs, fixed container IPs and removed unused docker ports from being exposed

This has included (and rebased from develop):

• !262 (closed)

Has comments in how to activate haproxy logs and fixes containers IPs with environment DOCKER_NET variable.

To work correctly we should have the default docker daemon.json with iptables activated (true) and not have any masquerade firewall in front.
