Updated ES translation

Removed duplicates and Added new keys: generating_seed, neighbors_count, not_enough_balance.

There are some duplicated keys on the translation JSON, also there are some words/phrases that are not translated on the GUI, at least in Spanish, so I've added new keys.

I think the community will keep reporting missing or wrong translations but this is a start.
