    We start keeping a change log in docs/news.rst file, roughly but not
strictly following https://keepachangelog.com/en/1.0.0/ recommendations
(and other projects). The file is filled with 0.27.0 release notes.

A symlink to CHANGELOG.rst at repository root is added for easier
discovery.
