As records.py project has been slow in fixing an issue with premature closing of database connection (issues https://github.com/kennethreitz/records/issues/189 https://github.com/kennethreitz/records/issues/149 https://github.com/kennethreitz/records/issues/128), this MR incorporates records.py and patches it according to https://github.com/kennethreitz/records/pull/190
